I value your satisfaction greatly! 

However as of 12/11/2024 we do not accept returns/ cancellations unless the item came damaged or I am at fault for any reason with your order. In this case the customer must contact me via email —contact@prettyinpinkbikinis.com with the order number within a week of delivery. The items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered and you will receive store credit once I receive the return.

Due to exclusive drops and materials, I cannot always promise a quick or exact exchange with my stock.

Hand washing of these delicate pieces are recommended. If you wish to run a cycle, I instruct a delicate cycle with similar colors/ pieces. Air dry of these pieces are instructed; please avoid the drying cycle 

Unless otherwise informed, all orders are hand made to order on Oahu. Orders may take 2-4 weeks to process based on sewing, materials, and order flow. I wish to gift you with any size and style while also limiting product waste through this process.
