I value your satisfaction greatly!Ā However as of 12/11/2024 I do not accept returns/ cancellations unless the item came damaged or I am at fault for any reason with your order. In this case the customer must contact me via email —contact@prettyinpinkbikinis.com with the order number within aĀ week of delivery. The items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered and you will receive store credit once I receive the return.

Due to my made-to-order basis, exchanges may take up to 10 days to process. In the event of an exclusive item, stock may be limited and an exact exchange may not be possible. To discuss an exchange, please email —contact@prettyinpinkbikinis.comĀ with the order number within aĀ week of delivery. Return shipping costs are at expense of the customer. The items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered or I may not be able to accept your exchange.
